You know, when Avril Lavigne debuted, I really admired the whole punk thing she had going until everyone started to call her a poser and whatnot. Okay, admittedly, she was a little over board with the skating and she so could NOT sing live, but hey, she tried.
I'm sure pretty much everyone knows about her going into modelling early last year right? And boy, does she clean up well. Even though she still does flip people off occasionally.
Avril Lavigne is a funny girl. Not Ha-Ha funny, but funny in that way that she makes you laugh when she does the stupid things that she does. You know, like flipping the double bird to a line of paparazzi photographers on the red carpet. Sure she's dressed up all pretty for the event, and she's even done some fashion modelling, but she definitely doesn't want you to forget her roots of riding skateboards through the mall, and being, well, punk.
